„This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops ...

Sehr deftig und wer die Philippinische Küche mag, sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind schon zum dritten Mal hier Gast auch wegen der direkten Nähe zum SM-Market. Das Hotel ist für uns immer der Anlaufpunkt nach der Landung in Iloilo und zur Weiterfahrt nach Antique. „Making a reservation and transport arrangements were easy enough, but the actual stay left a lot to be desired. First off - the AC unit in the room seemed too underpowered for the room dimensions. We never even had to use our blankets when sleeping - it was that hot. Next, there were no amenities in the room itself. Sure, bottled water was provided, but only two bottles. „Quite good, first room had a bit of a smell but was changed to different one without any problem. Preferred standard room because bed was not against wall as it is in studio so both can get in and out easily. Chose the hotel because reviews say good restaurant but when we got there after a long trip we couldn't eat there because of an "exclusive" function so we still had to drag us to SM Mall to eat. Breakfast was too slow almost half an hour waiting for 2 dishes when place is not at all busy is ...
