Guest Arrival & Check-in
To ensure a smooth and personalized arrival, please note there is no on-site reception. Guests are kindly asked to share their estimated arrival time in advance.
Check-in is available until 10:00 pm. An official guest list for all occupants is required prior to arrival.

Welcome Amenities

Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome. A daily pet fee of $40 per pet, per apartment applies and includes a curated pet kit with a bed, two bowls, a hygienic pad and treats. 🐾

Access to the house is fully private and arranged prior to arrival, allowing guests to enter seamlessly and enjoy the property as one unified home while still benefiting from clearly defined, independent living spaces.

Access to the property is via comfortable stairs (please note there is no elevator). The entire home is located on the second floor, offering privacy and a seamless layout for groups.

Most guests arrive via Avenida Central or Cinta Costera, then continue toward Avenida A and Calle 3a Este, which provide access into Casco Antiguo.

🅿️ Parking
Parking is limited due to the historic layout and narrow streets. A secure multi-level parking garage on Avenida A is available nearby, approximately a 7-minute walk from the property. Limited street parking may be available in designated areas.

🚶‍♂️ Once parked, Casco Antiguo is best enjoyed on foot, with most attractions, dining and cultural landmarks just steps away.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 registered guests. Additional visitors require prior approval.

Check-in Requirements
