Terrible experience. Not friendly staff. Not willing coperate.
All staff are freshers. No proper breakfast. Reached at Hotel at 6.00 pm and till 9.00 pm could not settle at room. Fan was not working. Wifi was not working.

Wonderful stay
The interiors are extremely pleasing ,rooms are clean, everything is put up in a gud way the mirrors the wall clock, side lamps. Wifi was gud, 24hours hot water service, and the soap offered werevof Himalaya and shampoo of boutique,quality wise excellent, the staff there were gentle and nice, services were quick, the view was gud, overall it was a pleasant stay , hoping to get bck for the next visit soon.

Hotel is close to Dona Paula and Miramar beach!!!
I had a great time in this hotel. Property is at peaceful location though approx 20 Km far from Baga beach however the staff is very helpful, courteous and well mannered. Food is pretty good at the hotel however I tried only break fast and evening snacks.

Nice hotel But far from Panjim
Even it is just 3 - 4 kms from Panjim Bus stop, we had to pay 300/- for taxi to this hotel. Transportaion cost is very high in Goa... For going to any where or to get anything you have to go Panjim. Which costs 300/- for taxi or else you can wait for local buses.

Great hotel but off location
Really great hotel. Good service, nice and clean rooms, avereage breakfast, we're pleased. But the location was no good. About 15-20 min walk from nearest beach Miramar Beach, wich was a poor beach with only sand (no sunchairs, no possibillity to eat/drink, nothing else but a beach). The good beaches was about 40-60 min with car from the hotel and a 1400 INR cost bouth ways. If you're going to stay at this hotel make sure you rent a scooter for your visit, since it also was pretty far to the "city" and all the restaurangs and shopping.

Air conditioner - We were facing technical issue which has been resolved and it was rather unfortunate that you had to be at the receiving end of it. Our Personnel at the hotel have taken up as a process, to check Air conditioner in all the rooms on regular basis and we have arranged for inspection of the same by supervisors on regular basis going forward.

Very comfortable stay
A good place to stay. Affordable and gives you value for money. Professional and courteous service. It isn't too close to any of the beaches -- Miramar is about half an hour's walk and the Dona Paula Jetty is roughly the same.

hotel good for stay but restaurant is tasteless
Hotel good for stay. you will find rooms same as shown in pics. Have travel desk too.
But dnt rely for food at hotel. Very expensive and taste is pathetic.

Modern rooms and excellent service
The hotel is very modern and both public areas and guest rooms are spotlessly clean. Excellent shower facilities in the room which is not always the case in India. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient, really first class. I've stayed in central Panjim a number of times for business but found it really was worth venturing outside to stay at the juSTa Panjim which is no more than a10 minute taxi ride to the centre. Overall I was really pleasantly surprised that the hotel lived up the description and pictures described. I am certainly going to be staying here when I next return to Goa.

Excellent pick at extremely reasonable cost
Very pleasant stay. Small requirements have been perfectly taken care off. Notepad, safe, shoe cleaner, matchbox, pen, pencil, etc. etc. Check in took some time else everything was perfect. I got what I saw online. very comfortable...

A Hidden Gem
It was an amazing experience, the hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms were very clean and the quality of service was really good. However since there are no direct route to the hotel, reaching it could be an issue for new visitors.
