„Das Zimmer war (für indische Verhältnisse) super! Hatte in Indien noch nie so ein sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Es war im 6. Stock und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (zum Glück viele indische Gerichte, aber auch anderes) und das Personal war sehr gut ausgebildet, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und sehr nett. Ich erinnere mich leider nur an die Namen der außergewöhnlich freundlichen Damen Gunjan und Baby - aber auch alle anderen war top!

„Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich ein 5 Sterne ist es nicht. Trotz allen fühlen wir uns gut aufgehoben die Zimmer sind sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Leider mussten wir 3 mal unser Zimer wechseln beim ersten waren gegenüber Bauarbeiten beim zweiten war leider ein Generator in der Nähe unseres Zimmer welcher uns Nachts nicht schlafen lies.Mit dem dritten Zimmer ist alles okay. „The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.“
