„The owner cancelled on us the day of the reservation, throwing our entire trip into chaos. We had to scramble to find a new reservation and ultimately we were forced to cut our trip short, and change our flight reservations. It was beyond inconvenient and an enormous amount of time was spent trying to fix this issue. On another note, VRBO was as helpful as they could be and did refund our money and tried to help us rebook.“
