Nice hotel close to the beach
Nice hotel, but very small rooms, especially the double rooms are quite uncomfortable for a 2-weeks stay. The german Expedia web-site doesn't inform about the difference in room qualities concerning the bathroom-situation - there are rooms with a private bathroom outside of the room and en-suite rooms as well. In order to avoid misconception of bookings the rooms should be described properly according to the before mentioned specification.

Sehr nette Unterkunft
Wir waren als Familie für drei Tage im Roslyn und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, weil nah zum Strand. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz am Ende der Straße. Die beiden Inhaben sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen. Das Zimmer war recht klein für vier Personen, was aber für den relativ günstigen Preis angemessen ist. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt herrschte eine angenehme, entspannte Athmosphäre im B&B, was uns gut gefallen hat.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Double Room, Ensuite, Partial Sea View (ROOM 1) was the name of your room and booking. we dont even have king size beds here what did you expect me to take a double bed out and install a King size? 46 pn you paid!!!

Wonderful B&B!
Fantastic B&B one minute from the beachfront. Mo is a great host, very friendly & helpful. Everything ran like clockwork & the breakfast was generous & very tasty. It was particularly nice sitting out front chatting to other residents, Mo & her family and even locals who stop by for a chat & a cuppa. All in all a perfect B&B.

The hotel was very clean and tidy Staff was excellent with good customer service The staff was very polite and friendly and helpful and always up for a laugh My other half got on with the staff very well talking about football We even tipped them £10 at the end of our stay after 1week of being there

Mo the owner was extremely friendly and all rhe staff were very efficient the rooms were spotless and the en-suite was a very good size, The breakfast was second to none lots of it and piping hot with cereals, fruit and yoghurts also available would not hesitate to stay here again or reccomend to friends

Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast ordered in advance and served promptly and hot. We had to make our own bed which was not an issue but my wife likes a made up bed. This may be due to covid regs. Thank you Mo

Break from the norm
Friendly, clean and happy, everything you expect when you go away. Rooms are extremely clean with decor that compliments the room. Friendly host and family. Breakfast was just superb.

Comfortable stay in Paington
Within walking distance of anything you might want to do in the area, this guest house is run by a friendly team who make a very filling Full English breakfast for you each morning. You won't be left wanting here, that's for sure. The bed was really comfy which is all I really care about. I booked the place knowing that there was no parking options, but it's useful to know that if you find street parking then it tends to be free from 6pm till 8am. You can then pay by the hour or by the day, Victoria Harbour car park is the easiest one to use but if you're smart you can plan your hours and location carefully and avoid stumping up the daily charge each day.

Room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Mo and son were fabulous hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. All I had to do was to politely ask and Mo alway accommodated my request. Best breakfast I have recently had in a b&b. I will definitely recommend the Roslyn and of course will be a repeat customer.

Great for beach and centre. Awful if you don't like sound of seagulls, even with windows closed still hear them. Room was adequate, private bathroom was a good shower and toilet (no sink, 1 in room) at end of short corridor. Bathrobes provided. Cooked breakfast was very good, you have to complete a short form with what you want including if you want white, brown bread or toast or blac/white coffee or tea.
