The Goodrington is a bright and comfortable self-contained studio apartment at Fiveway Apartments, just moments from Paignton seafront on the English Riviera and with views of Paignton town. This private, self-catering apartment offers high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, comfortable lounge and range of amenities. The Goodrington sleeps up to 2 guests with a double bed and is the perfect stay for relaxing Devon seaside escapes, while just steps from main attractions.

Fiveway Apartments combines the Victorian character of our historic 1865 seaside property with modern amenities, design and home comforts to provide the perfect self-catering English Riviera escape.

Goodrington is not a pet-friendly apartment, but selected Fiveway Apartments are dog friendly. Please contact us if you require pet-friendly accommodation.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire Goodrington Apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is completely self-contained and accessed through Fiveway Apartments, our character Victorian property opposite the Paignton seafront.

We offer simple self check-in using an exterior lockbox and private apartment keypad access, giving guests flexibility when arriving and throughout the stay.

Please note that there are steps up to the building entrance and due to the historic nature of the building, no lift is available. The Goodrington is on the ground floor.

Other things to note:

Fiveway Apartments is a renovated historic Victorian seaside property, so each apartment has its own individual character and layout.

This apartment is not pet friendly. Dog-friendly options are available in selected Fiveway Apartments.

The Paignton Promenade improvement project is upgrading the seafront with improved public spaces, landscaping and facilities. Sea views are partially obstructed at this time.

Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.

Fiveway Apartments is a non-smoking premises.
