The nature sounds were amazing. Eating every meal on the lanai was lovely. The kids fought over who got to sleep on the lanai. It’s close to a beautiful black sands clothing-optional beach, and otherwise there’s not much to do out there. It’s not the best jumping off point for lots of island touring, but it’s the perfect spot ...

„This was a quick trip focused around seeing Kilauea’s frequent eruption episodes. We chose this vacation rental for budget reasons, and proximity to Volcano national park (40 minute drive). The tiny home was as described, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, full bath, well equipped kitchen, except for dishwasher (no big deal) it was tidy enough. Kitchen table and bench is really only place to sit, no lounge chairs or comfortable seating. Did not see a bbq, and outside table and chairs are pointless…rusty, ...
