„We loved the location and being able to swim out the front. In the evening the view of the lights at Papeete on Tahiti, across the water, was just beautiful. I stayed here especially for that night-time view. The property was clean, spacious, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the outdoor garden, deck and eating outside as well as the jacuzzi which was great! Kids loved it too. Supermarket and spots to eat nearby are also very good. Would definitely stay here again! “

„What an amazing place to stay in Tahiti! It’s away from all the tourist and beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and were available to help anytime day or night. They offered lots of information and directions about local attractions and would even call places for us since we didn’t speak French. The bungalows were beautiful overlooking the ocean. Someone wrote that it’s very steep getting up to the house, but it’s no steeper than the hills in downtown Seattle. Have to climb a ...

„Notre séjour à la Holiday House Nuupure a été tellement bon et relaxant. La cuisine est bien équipée et organisée et on peut prendre les repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Les deux salles de bains sont spacieuses avec de baignoires profondes. La literie est confortable.Nous avons profité presque chaque jour de la plage à quelque pas de la maison. „Amazing views from the deck and fully stocked house. Location requires a car, and drive up a steep road which results in the view of Moorea and surrounding mountains. Cute garden, spacious deck, and spa with view of Moorea. This is in the hills, so some bugs are present outside, but doesn’t detract from the experience. “

"Die Pension Te Miti befindet sich in einer Sietenstraße im Ort Paea südlich der Hauptstadt Papeete. Zum Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten, zum Cruise Terminal ein paar mehr. Wegen einer Verspätung beim Flug kamen wir erst nach 21 Uhr an. Dennoch wurden wir freundlich empfangen, erhielten eine Führung durch die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Terrasse, Frühstücksterrasse, Toiletten, Duschen). Zudem erhielten wir eine große Flasche Wasser, die nach 40 Stunden Anreise sehr willkommen war. Die Räume und die Einrichtungen sind schlicht und einfach, könnten an der einen oder anderen Stelle auch mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Natürlich kann man von einer Unterkunft, die einen Bruchteil dessen kostet was die Hotels auf der Insel berechnen keinen Luxus erwarten. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht mit den Buffets in Hotels zu vergleichen: Es git für jeden Gast ein Stück Baguette, Butter, portionierte Marmelade und für jedes Zimmer noch eine Schale mit frischen, regionalen Früchten. Aber alles sehr gut und ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Die Gastgeber Frederic und Christelle sind sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen engagiert und hilfsbereit. Vermittlung von Aktivitäten, Busverbindungen, Taxi bestellen oder auch Mitfahrgelegenheiten mit anderen Gästen (wir hatten keinen Mietwagen). "
