Originally part of Padstow’s old Schoolhouse, this Grade II Listed character property has been sympathetically modernised offering stylish, warm, cosy accommodation. Many of the original features have been retained, the Gothic windows being of particular interest. Heather House is within 360 yards of Padstow Harbour, local pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries and sandy beach at St Georges Well. Open Plan Living/Dining Area and Snug

Living space: with comfortable three piece suite, sideboards and lamps, TV and DVD player and gas fire within fireplace with stone hearth. Chest stocked with various toys for younger visitors.

Dining Area: Dining table and six chairs with pendant light over and corner unit.

Step down into Snug area: with two chairs and floor lamp and book shelf stocked with books.

Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped for self-catering needs with gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and slow cooker. There is a small kitchen table with four chairs for extra convenience too.

Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and door to rear paved outside space.

Stairs to First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom with feature Tri Arch windows and Velux window with En-suite Shower Room, WC, wash hand basin, Velux windows and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: Twin Room with pine furniture, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and Velux windows.

Bedroom 3: Twin Room with pine furniture, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and Velux windows.

Bathroom: with WC, wash hand basin and bath.

To the front - Slate paved area with bistro table and seating.

Parking - Allocated parking for guest use. Permit provided.

Bedding: Duvets, pillows and linen supplied. Please bring your own towels.These can be hired locally, details available on request.
