The apartment, located on the first floor of a completely renovated building, can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for those who want to spend from a few days to a few weeks/months in a quiet and exclusive place close to every point of interest of the renowned city of Padua.
Our housing solution, complete with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible, is equipped with the latest technology that will adapt perfectly to your needs; the design is modern and sophisticated.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance equipped with coat hangers and wardrobe where you can store your jackets;
- kitchen equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, but also coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will also find a table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a very convenient dishwasher;
- bright living room with comfortable and design sofa, large wooden table with genuine leather chairs; all this will allow you to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite programs;
- sleeping area with two bedrooms each furnished with a double bed, a very large wardrobe and a 43" Smart TV to watch your favorite series;
- in the two bathrooms you will find: sink, mirror, bidet and shower in one, tub with hydromassage in the other; at your disposal a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion), a hairdryer and towels of various sizes.
- private garage in a closed and covered box (very rare to find nowadays in Padua!).

The apartment, on the first floor of the building, is equipped with high-speed WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and heating. Despite being located in a strategic area of ​​the city, the apartment is equipped with fixtures that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, totally isolating external noise.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be easily reached by lift (except for the first steps) or by using the stairs.
