Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working. They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room. Wallpaper ripped off wall. We stayed one night and left for a better hotel. Complained to staff ...
