"This hotel has a lot going for it. Once inside you wouldn’t even know the city of Manta was just outside. "Nice Hotel with a good breakfast, but most of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak English and I got charched twice (once by Expedia, and the Hotel wanted to pay me again). Finally I got the money back but it needed two more visits at the Hotel until I got the money back."
