„This was a very comfortable attractive home with thoughtful details such as creamer in the fridge, robes and whimsical decor. The little town was quaint and quiet and if we’d arrived a week later, more businesses would’ve been open for the summer season. The host was easy to communicate with and entry was easy too. Nice laundry room with detergent. Park across the street for kids and close access to Katy Trail. More wineries in the area than the town website even advertises! Nicely stocked ...

„Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere.
