Wunderschöne Villa auf den Höhen des Oyster Pond mit herrlichem 180 ° Meerblick und Blick auf die StrÀnde Saint Barth, Tintamarre und Galion. Es befindet sich auf der französischen Seite, an der Grenze zur niederlÀndischen Seite.
GerĂ€umig und luxuriös, sehr gut belĂŒftet, es ist ideal auf einem HĂŒgel gelegen, nicht zu ĂŒbersehen, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in der NĂ€he aller Annehmlichkeiten, Restaurants und StrĂ€nde. 10 vom großen Orient Bay Strand und 15 Minuten von Grand Case entfernt, wo Sie die französische und lokale Gastronomie finden.

Eden Rock besteht aus 2 völlig unabhĂ€ngigen Villen, die ĂŒbereinander stehen und separat gemietet werden können. Sie verfĂŒgen jeweils ĂŒber einen privaten Pool, einen Außenbereich, eine möblierte Holzterrasse und einen privaten Carbet (ĂŒberdachter Essbereich) in einem großen bewaldeten Garten.

Wirs ind begeistert, und zwar sowohl von der Lahe des Lottissements, von der Ausstattung, von der Freundlichkeit von Melanie, die wir kurz kennenlernen durften und ganz besonders von der herzlichen UnterstĂŒtzung durch Maryse Gauchot, die uns allerbestens betreut hat. Beautiful villa- Gorgeous Oceans from every angle!

My family and I LOVED this Villa- one of the best properties we've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot). The home is very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and appliances- and thoughtful design choices throughout. But the best part of this villa is the stunning ocean views you get from every room- especially through the beautiful bay windows/doors overlooking the sea. Our kids loved the pool and appreciated the floaties and sand toys on-site. And Melanie was so friendly and easy to work with- she was very available and quick to respond to us. And she graciously overlooked the hole my son accidently put in the screen door. I loved the quiet neighborhood and the restaurants and shop within walking distance.

Friends vacation 2025

Spectator view, we used the pool daily as well as the pergola. We stayed mostly in the area because we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. It is a quiet area, which is what we were wanting. Small bakery/grocery store close by (Bread and Butter). Enjoyed meeting and chatting with our hosts, MĂ©lanie and Patrick. It is a place that we would love to return to. Patrick.

Paradise. Les Alizes is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. However, the main attraction is the ocean view from multiple vantage points and the steady breeze that comes with the view. Nights are blissful with star filled skies and the gentle rolling of ocean waves. Located in the village of Oyster Pond there are many opportunities for fine dining and there is a small bakery/grocery outlet. Most of the main island attractions are within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend this property for an island vacation.

Best vacation views!!

Melanie and Patrick's home exceeded our expectations. The pictures were very accurate but didnt do it justice. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We stayed in the top 2br unit and had an amazing stay. The pool is large, so many different places to sit, eat and relax. Very close to so many great restaurants and beaches. 15min drive gets you to numerous restaurants and beaches on the french side and the same gets you to the busier dutch side. Bread and butter was a great little spot to go down for espresso and fresh pastries in the morning. Safe neighbourhood and very easy to find. The property is laid out in such a unique way that a large family could rent both units. Maryse was extremely helpful with recommendations and bookings. Would definitely rent from Patrick and Melanie again. Patrick made our kids' day by introducing them to their pet tortoises on our final day.

Beautiful place

The house is very modern and spacious with an amazing view. Loved the kitchen and the stove, very modern and brand new utensils, appliances, and cookware! Big, spacious laundry with big washer/dryer. The House Manager was very helpful and she attended immediately to any requests we had. My only suggestion to the Owners would be to provide additional, and better quality bath towels, and an extra bed linen. Thank you.

Wonderful...

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Martin. Quiet, relaxing, amazing view of the ocean, private pool, close to delicious restaurant and a fun French bakery very close for breakfast. The house had everything we needed. We thought this was the perfect location coming from a small town in Minnesota we don't like the hustle and bustle or at least we like to be able to get out of the busyness of parts of the island. My son is eight and enjoyed the close beaches, pool and the toys and equipment available! Overall, a wonderful trip! Thank you!

Privacy issues

The pictures don’t show how much the two units are on top of each other. We were in the higher one and when guests arrived in the one below us it was like they were in our space! We had to close the windows to stop the noise. Another issue was the property owners. They own a studio that is adjacent to our villa. They would come in on a Saturday and leave on Monday. We couldn’t use the pool in private because it’s right in front of their studio!! Another matter that wasn’t pleasant is that the water tank stopped 6 different days and left us with no water for hours! The owners only made excuses and never apologized for our inconveniences.

Exceptionnelle villa

Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans cette exceptionnelle villa. Tout est moderne, propre, fonctionnel. La vue est à couper le souffle, la piscine est grande et trÚs agréable pour mes enfants qui avaient besoin d'espace. L'accueil y est excellent, Maryse est au petits soins et les propriétaires sont attentionnés.

Overall, it was wonderful! It is at described and shown in the pictures- stunning! We wish we could return- rather I wish I owned the place it is that spectacular! If you are looking to be in the middle of easy access to food, gas, stores, etc. Then this is not the place. This is very quiet, peaceful and private! There are a couple of restaurants at the bottom of the hill but not always open. There is also a small market at the bottom of the hill but you do pay a bit more for the convenience from having to drive to the Dutch side. We have no major complaints. The dryer was broken and that would have been nice to have had available. Yes, we were able to wash our clothes and dry on the provided clothes line which was nice but a dryer would have been more convenient. We saw that the lower level had working tv but ours for some reason did not work. Thankfully they had DVD movies that we watched in the evenings but a working TV would have been nice. It is a newer big screen, very nice but just wasn't working during our stay. The owner is aware. We would stay again in a heart beat! The owners were friendly and even took our family picture for us. Thanks for making dreams come true!!!!

La maison a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement refaite et est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle domine du haut d’une colline oĂč on a une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur la mer, on aperçoit au loin Saint BarthĂ©lemy. La piscine est Ă  l’abri du vent et est trĂšs grande. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Amazing ocean views, great location!

We rented the top level of the house and the lower level was not occupied, which was awesome. The house is modern, clean, spacious, well equipped. The ocean views from the house are absolutely amazing. The owners let us use the 2 pools and granted us a late checkout. Thank you so much, it was greatly appreciated. Maryse, the property manager who welcomed us was wonderful. The location is perfect. Safe and calm neighborhood. 20 minutes away from Grand Case and Marigot. Great car rental company: Sax. Best restaurant in Marigot: Tropicana. Best restaurant in Oyster Pond: Big Fish. Best beaches: Anse Marcel (breath taking views) and Happy Bay (secluded and gorgeous). We had the best time and will definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful. The review regarding the property being two villas is correct. Nobody was staying in the lower unit, so we were alone and it was quiet.
