„Average breakfast, rickety elevator. Someplace above average of a now bygone era. The staff were welcoming; everyone I came in to contact with were accommodating. With a room change after the first night, everything else went well - thanks to my solutions based front desk staff. They are not pet-friendly; there’s a sign on the desk and you can’t miss it. We did not travel w any pets. Major shopping area! Nice size event room. Clean linens. Affordable. Breakfast. Coffee.“

„The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until ...
