„Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically ...

„Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house.
Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged.
Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the ...

„Our family gathered here to celebrate our grandson’s graduation from Binghamton. This beautiful home was the perfect place for our large family to come together, laugh, share memories, and celebrate such a special milestone. „Perfect spot for a single or a couple with 2 pets (us). Nicely laid out. Only issue we had was the tough climb up the steps (in our late 60s though) and some sort of insects. (Not gross ones like roaches or anything like that) Would definitely stay again.“

„This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.“

„Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. Lots of privacy in a very convenient location. Would I book Sugar Cube again?? I already have for a family trip! You won't regret your stay here.“

„My family had a fantastic stay here this summer! What a wonderful property! Wonderfully renovated and cozy. Big kitchen area and huge dining room table for big family meals. Tons of space outside as well for meals with the 2 tables. Great fire pit with chairs and the grill fired up right away and was great! The fun room was an instant hit along with the video games. It was hard to pull the kids away when it was time to leave! All the bedrooms were great - we all slept like rocks. Beds are ...
