Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e, prima della partenza, ero perplesso per recensioni negative ... Sono rimasto invece piacevolmente colpito e consiglio vivamente questo hotel per tanti aspetti: il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, cortese ed attento alle esigenze della clientela; le camere sono confortevoli e moderne; il panorama dalla stanza spazia sull'altipiano; la colazione è buona e col cappuccino fatto al bar, non con squallidi dispensatori automatici. Avevo prenotato con expedia con trattamento di b&b ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è risultato ottimo. Non ho messo il massimo perché migliorerei la insonorizzazione ... ma questo aspetto dipende anche dal rispetto e dalla educazione della gente, non dalla struttura in se, che per me profonde il massimo impegno per far trascorrere una serena vacanza, a partire dalla impeccabile pulizia!

Pessimo ma comodo per sciare
Disponibilità del personale: Lascia a desiderare. Servizi dell’hotel: Informatevi, ammesso che ci vogliate andare, della cena in hotel perché i posti sono limitati e, se avrete il nostro stesso trattamento, non ne sarete informati, rischiando, ammesso che sia un rischio -vista la qualità del cibo servito - di rimanere digiuni. la cena in Hotel Nonostante quanto anticipatovi, ci viene riservato un tavolo per due persone. Il menu prevedeva, alla modica cifra di € 20,00 a persona, buffet di verdure, tre primi e tre secondi (incluso contorno); rispettivamente: I primi consistevano in risotto al radicchio, farfalle al sugo ed un terzo di cui non ho memoria; I secondi consistevano in trippa alla paesana (identica alla romana), sedicente cotoletta alla milanese e caprese. Io e la mia compagna scegliamo come primi farfalle al sugo e risotto, come secondi trippa e cotoletta. Passati due minuti dall’ordine, arrivano i primi: il risotto era parzialmente scotto e, quella che sarebbe dovuta essere crema, era un misto di acqua e qualcosa di indefinito, la pasta scotta. La cotoletta era industriale ma era l’unica cosa che si poteva esse trivalente mandare giù; la trippa, diciamo semplicemente che non la consiglierei. La struttura: buona per una famiglia con figli, pessima per una coppia perché carente in quanto a servizi. La camera: uno schifo...mobilia nuova, low quality, di colori freddi; il bagno anni ‘70, di colore marrone, mobilia vecchia e, lì dove rotta, male acconciata.

Va bene per una notte
Hotel con look "datato", ristorante da pensione, tv in camera non funzionante per "neve", Spa ristretta, a pagamento e con personale a richiesta (bisogna chiamarli). Il tutto compensato con un prezzo economico.

Hotel anni 70
Albergo che avrebbe bisogno di un restyling in quanto fermo agli anni 70. I bagni in camera terribili. Le porte delle stanze con maniglie non funzionanti. La cena servita precotta e di scarsa qualità. Il Personale salutava a stento. Addio.

Ottima collocazione. Panorama stupendo.
Tutto bene. Nella stanza 411 specchio del bagno e finestre piuttosto alte non adatte a persone basse (1,5 m). Per il resto tutto bene. Da consigliare. Colazione non al top.

A horrible experience.
This was a nightmare, and not at all as advertised. Should not be listed on Hotels.com. We were the only customers of the whole place, our car was the only car. Felt very insecure. No restaurant. The offered to run into town and get us food, but we pay! The staff was one receptionist. Saw the manager pass through, but he was totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. No furniture on the balcony, no lights on in the whole building! After dark, we were prisoners in our room. Hallways were dark, ousidie doors locked. No staff! What if there had been a fire or emergency? Bedspread had burn holes. Breakfast was a roll, and instant coffee! We were just thankful to get out alive and not robbed. On the positive side, the scenery was beautiful, and the receptionist tried to do what he could for us. Do not stay here!!

Ho pernottato il weekend con un amico, la stanza era nuovs pulita, la vista dal balcone mozzafiato...a questa cifra , super consigliato!

un ottimo soggiorno
Soggiorno perfetto. se proprio devo trovare dei difetti direi solamente Wi-FI a pagamento, colazione un pò misera e sopratutto alle 9.45 hanno tolto tutto mentre la facevo e mancava l'angolo bar in stanza. le stanze sono tutte rinnovate, il letto comodissimo e molto calde.
