The bright living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the room is filled with natural light and offers a seamless connection to the garden. The luxurious open-plan kitchen includes a cooking island with an integrated hob and extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.



The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed and offers direct access to the garden through large sliding doors. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower and a washbasin with a large mirror. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

Outside, the holiday feeling truly begins. The spacious terrace offers a comfortable lounge sofa, a large dining table, and a barbecue. The private wellness area in the garden, including a sauna, outdoor bath, outdoor shower, washbasin, and relaxation bed, is currently still under construction and is expected to be available from September onwards.




The bungalow is completely single-storey and equipped with comfortable underfloor heating, making it a pleasant place to stay in every season. The North Sea beach is only a 10-minute walk away.

– According to the parking regulations, your vehicle may only remain next to the bungalow for a short period of time for loading and unloading. Afterwards, the vehicle must be parked in one of the holiday park's parking areas for €1.50 per day, or free of charge outside the park.
– If your travel party is not a family, all participants must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

– The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
