„The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend.“

„We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.“

„Lovely room and responsive host. Easy to find and get around Toledo. Room was perfect, large, nicely apppointed, remodeled in a way that kept features of the historic building. Very cool! And a big grassy outdoor area.“

„The unit was as described. It was very clean with some nice touches (water and soft drinks in the mini fridge). The host was very responsive when I had questions. The unit is close to downtown (it might actually be considered downtown) so was very convenient to restaurants and attractions. “

„I was in town playing in some amateur disc golf tournaments. This place was super nice, had a driveway in a great area. Nice kitchen for cooking as well as a washer and dryer. Was able to keep my food and ice packs cold as well. It was the perfect place to chill and recharge when I neeeded it! Audrey is super nice we well!“

„We booked this property for the out of town officials who help us run the Glass City Regatta and they loved it. The house is beautiful and spacious and everyone loved the private and common spaces. We'll definitely come back if it's available. “

„It had everything I needed for a strictly work trip. The desk was big enough, and the location was pretty easy access to just about anywhere in Toledo. All I needed was a bed, bathroom and desk which is what it was. It was clean and the keurig and refrigerator was nice to have.“

„We were the first guests to stay at this property and honestly it didn’t seem like it in some ways. There was a thick layer of dust on a lot of things. There were no coffee mugs or cereal bowls, no vegetable peeler, and no can opener (no big deal but should be mentioned- especially if you make coffee in the morning). The towels seemed fresh and new, and mini toiletries were provided which was nice. But when we stripped the bedding per check out instructions, there were quite large and noticeable ...

"Wir hatten eine King Suite. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad ebenfalls. Bad war ausgestattet mit Shampoo, conditioner, Bodylotion und Seife. Im Zimmer lag Teppich, welcher den ein oder anderen Fleck aufwies, was bei Teppich nicht ausbleibt. Das Bett war bequem und das WiFi gut. Die Frühstücksarea ist sehr großzügig die Frühstücksauswahl typisch. Waffeln, Oatmel, Cornflakes, Bagel, Toast und Rührei. Von außen wirkt das Hotel unscheinbar und alt. Der Indoorpool ist groß und beheizt. Die Möbel auf der Sonnenterrasse waren verdreckt. Insgesamt war das drumherum des Hotels nicht sehr gepflegt. Für unsere zwei Nächte aber ok. "
