Room was not cleaned prior to our visit. Lots of broken items in the room. Drawers wouldn't stay closed, bathroom was dirty. Cleaners cleaning the hallway super early in the morning. Wasn't impressed. Probably won't be back!

Hotel is nice. I preferred not staying in a room on the first floor. Does not look like I received any room upgrades. Hot tub was closed off. Bedsheets were NOT clean. Otherwise, the hotel and room is nice. 4/5 stars

I've stayed here before and find the staff very helpful. The property is well maintained. The fitness area is not the best I've experienced; it's small, and maintenance is required on the rusty elliptical. Having the Chop Steakhouse attached is a plus.

The manager was great ! But the room was filthy . The bathroom had not been cleaned and the room stunk like cigarette smoke I asked for new face clothes as we were staying for a week , the cleaning girl complained that she didn’t have enough . She gave me two, but there were three of us in our room. We were the for 7 days. I understand being eco conscious and doing a “ light clean “. but hygienically it is disgusting. I slept with my clothes on as I felt so uncomfortable about how dirty it was. I even went out and bought disinfectant for the toilet seat My daughter has been sick ever since . The manager was very kind.

This is the second time I've stayed at this motel exclusively for the shuttle service to the airport. Both times when I called to be picked up, the shuttle did not come. Both times I was informed it did and had left again. After waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle to come, I was instructed to use a Blue Line Taxi and they would pay the fare. Unacceptable service IMHO. Secondly, I asked for a 3 AM wake up call and did not get one. Lastly, I booked my room through the Expedia app and both times I was given a handicapped room without a tub. I look forward to a long soak after flying all day. I feel like I was treated differently because of how I booked the room. When you are paying almost $200 American dollars a night, you expect more than Hotel 6 type of service.

The hotel is nice and is located in a very centralized area with lots of restaurant choices and is 4 mins from a Costco which I enjoyed and of course the hotel is close to the airport so a good add. However where I have to complain is the housekeeping of our rooms. I had toilet flushing issues which I reported and was told that a service person would come and they didn't. Following that my room serviced even though I requested for it 2 days in a row. This hotel will not automatically provide housekeeping service, you can replenish amenities or you have to request full house keeping at their front desk. I found this weird and very not efficient. I asked for robes and refills of supplies but never got delivered and each time I needed to call down 2 or 3 times.

Overall, our stay was great. There was a couple of small issues in the first room such as the toilet not flushing, so we requested to move into a new room as we hadn't settled in yet; this request was fulfilled without hesitation and our new room was good. The hotel and room were clean and had an acceptable amount of amenities, towels and blankets. Our only issue was regarding the wifi and how their TV's operate. The signal throughout the hotel was fair, and at best, mediocre in the room. The signal was very temperamental and there are no apps on the TV, so you are expected to use your own accounts, such as Netflix, which is fine, but we were only able to access it via a Google Chromecast, which worked maybe half of the time we attempted. We were there for my son’s soccer tournament, and would have appreciated being able to enjoy a movie during the little downtime we had all weekend, instead of needing to constantly troubleshoot the TV. We ended up just watching a movie from my laptop. The manager at checkout was very kind and showed sympathy towards our experience. We would stay here again, but hopefully they address the wifi issues before we do!
