„The reservation and access process went smoothly. Communication with host Julia was most helpful. The home is beautiful and was more expansive than we needed. The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. Principal rooms are large; appointments make it luxurious; the beds were comfortable, the appliances, utensils, plates and glasses were used. It was the perfect venue to complete an emotional day. „Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries.“

„Check in set up was smooth. Excellent communication. The hosts couldn't do enough for us and the lake was spectacular! We were there early October for 2 nights so we had the whole place to ourselves, including kayaks and a paddleboard. Fire pit and chairs for marshmallows. Perfect!“

„Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. „The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to.“

„Wunderschönes Ferienresort direkt am Rice Lake. Die Cottages haben alle eine Veranda mit Blick auf den See. Das Resort wird mit viel Liebe geführt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir hatten das Cottage mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, jedoch keine grundlegenden Zutaten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw.
