„Was up in the area for a few day for a graduation and wanted some piece and quiet. Perfect! My partner has pet allergies, and had zero issues. Clean and quiet. Although it was only the two of us, there are bunk beds in the second bedroom that sleeps 3. Queen in the master was comfortable. Fire pit and hot tub were avail to us but we did not partake. I would definitely stay again “

„Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!“

„This is a very unique property. It is very well appointed and great property to relax with friends. The small downtown and local distillery with amazing food and drink is within a short walk. The swim spa is great, even if you can't figure out the controls. The layout and details of the spaces are interesting yet groovy. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. „Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. “

„Although I personally didn’t stay at this property I stayed at their other property. My brother in law stayed there with his son, grandson, brother in law and his wife. They stated the place was very clean and comfortable everything was as listed in description. My brother in law Ken needed to stay down in the game room ( bedroom and bathroom) is there, because of health not able to do stairs. He stated it was comfortable only thing missing was a fridge. „We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits ...
