"Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage und relativ großes Spa. Leider ist das Spa in die Jahre gekommen, die Gäste teils etwas respektlos in der Nutzung und negativ aufgefallen ist, dass es nur duftlose Saunen gibt. In keiner der verfügbaren wurde Öl oder Duft angeboten. Das Wasser ist ebenfalls etwas kühler als angegeben."

"This was our first visit to Tallinn, and we were absolutely delighted with the hotel. The staff at reception were fantastic. We received such a warm and friendly welcome, and they genuinely seemed interested in their guests. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful freestanding bathtub. But the real highlight came later. We mentioned at check-in that we were celebrating our anniversary. When we returned to our room that evening, there was a cake waiting for us, along with a lovely congratulation card. We’ve stayed in many hotels, but we’ve honestly never experienced anything like that. Such a thoughtful touch! The spa on the 8th floor is also great. We somehow hadn’t noticed that it comes with an additional charge, but the price was absolutely reasonable and it was definitely worth it. All in all, it was a wonderful experience in a really lovely hotel, and we would happily stay here again. If I had to mention one small thing: the edges around the shower doors were quite badly affected by limescale. A little extra descaling would make the bathroom feel even cleaner. But honestly, that’s a very minor point compared with the overall experience."

"Das Hotel war in Sachen Fitness und Welness WELTKLASSE. Der Fit- und Wellnessbereich mit riesigem Schwimmbad war größer als so manches Fitnessstudio. Perfekt gelegen, etwa zehn Minuten zum Supermarkt und einige wenige Minuten mehr zu Hbf und Altstadt. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Bin hellauf begeistert!"
