„The hostel was in a process of a refurbishement. The toilets and showers were newly made but not yet quite finished. Our room was ok even though a bit small. We didn't use the public room or the kitchen. These rooms weren't really inviting. Our reservation wasn't known at our check-in due to a defective smartphone. If there would have been noone there at that moment, I don't know wheter we could have checked-in or not. There are other ways to stay up to date for bookings even if the phone is ...
