„A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat!“

„Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels“

„Lovely characterful property in à quiet but central location. Very clean, tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper for cooking in the kitchen.Heat wave while we were there but the property was not too hot considering.Great food recommendations in the accommodation brochure“

„Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay ...

„Very good accomodation in pleasant neighborhood with friendly host. Clear communication for check-in & out. Overall great stay!“

„The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be ...

„Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen and restroom fit the space very well. I had great communication with the host. The location is near many shops and restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The washer and dryer were very convenient.“

„Extremely helpful host who went out of their way to assist with queries prior to booking. Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both ...
