Uneinheitlich! Die Sauberkeit war gut, die Schallisolierung zu schlecht. Der Check-In und -Out war gut (kontaktlos), das Angebot an Frühstück oder Snacks nicht ausreichend. W-lan war schlecht, der Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit und Energiesparsamkeit war gut.

Lage unschlagbar, zentral, 20min Transfer zum Airport, habe alle hot Spots fußläufig erkundet, Zimmer groß, auch Terrasse, Blick aus Wasser :) - etwas laut, die Tram fährt direkt vorm Haus, vllt wäre Zimmer zum Hinterhof ruhiger, sauber gemacht wird nur alle 4 Tage (aus Umweltgründen), Bett aufschütteln, mal mit dem Wedel durch oder saugen hätte nicht geschadet :/

Noisy remodelling / small beds. Not recommended
We stayed for 3 nights for a city trip. The location is great (just steps from the central station) and for this relatively quiet. Relatively. We were greeted with a sign saying "great news: we are renovating rooms for you - and if that is not enough good news: we are also renovating the elevator" - so: only one elevator available for a very very busy hotel and building noise all day long, starting just before 8 o'clock. Great news, right? We had to change from the first room to a new one as they were just doing the one next to it and the way from the elevator was littered with debris. Luckily that worked out. The other room was still noisy of course, but not that noisy. Everything is shadow work - do your own check in, do your own check out, do your own room. The double bed was 1.4m wide - not that comfortable. We stayed at a different hotel just a block away a week before: cheaper, friendlier, the bathroom alone was larger than the whole room we got here - and a really big bed. So all in all: a drop off for cheap tour groups, not recommended unless you like really small beds. Also avoid at the time being because of the ongoing building works. P.S. Of course: no "sorry" or recompensation for the noise in any form (e.g. free coffee or anything like that while the building work is going on).

Tolles und sehr modernes Haus. Freundliches Personal, 24 Stunden ist der Kühlschrank in der Lobby geöffnet, so das man auch Nachts noch ein Wrap oder ähnliches zu essen bekommt.

Not luxurious but a clean and convenient hotel close to railway station with easy access to the city centre. A little noisy at night if your room is along the street but not a big issue. Beds very comfortable and lovely hot showers after a long day sightseeing. Bar and cafe area good for a drink, coffee or snack. Would recommend.

Excellent location for the train station and our room on the top floor had a large balcony. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated, but we knew from the other reviews that there was no ability to make coffee/tea or refrigerator in the room - however excellent price, location and cleanliness more than compensated.

Its location is amazing, that being said it falls short in all other categories. You only get one pillow, and if you want another one you have to pay which is a massive compromise to guest comfort, and really quite archaic. Breakfast is also not a hotel breakfast, its labelled as 'come to the bar and have a croissant', it would better just not offering a breakfast because in reality it doesnt. Rooms are quite hot, its very noisy the windows arent insulated well so I didnt sleep well at all because of this and the one pillow. The shower gel is awful thats provided its super cheap chemically rubbish, and the actual dispenser in my room was broken so I couldnt get it out. There are way better hotels for the same price range and location in Oslo, I wouldnt stay here again. Its tried to be hostel vibes but level up but it doesnt work, it feels like a hostel.

The lights in the room were not working. The lady staff in the evening shift was very nice. But the room were not clean at all. So much dust all over. We have allergies so it was worse. But staff lady in the evening was very nice.

Nice hotel. Only one way onto the bed so if there are two of you. You have to climb over the other person to get out of the bed . Tough in the middle of the night when you need to go to the bathroom.

I would totally NOT recommend this hotel. I was paying a hotel rate but hostel services. I had the deluxe room, however no closet, safe, and fridge. This hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping, and be aware the surcharges on additional towels, pillows, late check-out…..etc. In general, there are much better choices within the same proximity.
