On the second day, we were unexpectedly told to pack our belongings and change rooms, but when we went to reception, no room was available. Communication was difficult due to limited English from staff. After several hours, we were given a new room, which was similar but had the same issue with the air conditioning—running, but no actual cooling. After two nights of very poor sleep due to the heat, we decided to leave early. When we explained the situation to the receptionist, who is also the owner, he reacted negatively and dismissively, insisting everything was working fine and telling us to leave if we were not satisfied.
