Great location in Namba within walking distance to Dotonbori and other busy areas. It's also right by Namba station, which made it convenient to reach and to get on the subway train to get to other parts of Osaka or for a day trip to Nara. The hotel was clean (lobby/basement areas gave off a sterile, hospital vibe), staff was friendly, and they offer free breakfast from 06:30 - 09:00. The room was small (average for Japan hotel size), but was clean. They provide some amenities by the front desk, such as toothbrush, facial cleanser, tea, and there's a water station at the lobby to refill water, which were all great to have for our three night stay! The hotel staff also helped with arranging our suitcases to be delivered to our next hotel as well, which was helpful.

A good stay for one night. It is more like a budget hotel and the breakfast did not fit for us. To be fair, it might be because we are preferring wester/european buffet. There was some milkbread and danishes, but overall more asian food and this more in a budget way. It was good at all and it is very central and has luggage lockers for feee, so 4 stars it is.

なんばウォークB6出口徒歩1分で、伊丹空港からもバスで楽勝。お部屋はきれいで広々。朝食のたこ焼きも美味しかったです。また是非泊まりたいです。

Super close walk to Namba Train Station and also very close walk to the famous Dotonbori street in Osaka. They have coin laundry on site. Also several nice bars and restaurants nearby. Booked again for my next trip to Osaka.

Toyoko Inn was very clean, great service, attentive staff and enjoyable free breakfast. The price was right and the location is easy to find and close to many dining options and the train station. My only disappointment was that I wish we had the choice of a no smoking room. The room smelled like smoke, which was disappointing for us.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided great service. The free breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of options. 駅から出てすぐ。近くにコンビニがあって便利。新しくて、部屋も広くて快適。加湿器や消臭剤などが置いてあり良かった。朝食の種類が多くて美味しかった。特に具沢山味噌汁は絶品！チェックイン、チェックアウトが機械で出来て便利。

I love how convenient the location is from the subway station. Very close to Dotonbori. Kitchen staff are remarkable, especially Gerry or Jerry. He always make his way out to explain the breakfast especially those that are Japanese cuisine. Very knowledgeable of what their department has to offer. Overall facility is clean. Other than the very tiny space (which is normal in Japan), everything and everyone served remarkably.

The staff were friendly and helpful, free breakfast quite generous and have healthy options available. Convenient location too. Would love to return.
