It was easy to access , there is a metro Station (Kitahama) a couple of minutes close to the hotel. There’s is also a 7/11 just in front of the hotel, which makes it easier after to buy last minute things after a long day.

Wirklich hervorragendes Hotel! Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. In der Nähe gleich ein Seven Eleven und ein Lawson Mart. Die Kitahama Station ist in 1 Minute bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt gratis stilles Mineral zur freien Entnahme, sowie Vending Machines und einen Laundry Room. Alles in allem ein Top Aufenthalt!

Superior Rooms sind relativ groß bei dem Preisleistungsverhältnis, man hat viel Platz, Einrichtung ist sehr schön. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel Brighton City Kitahama, nächstes mal wieder!

Kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee vor Ort, wird jeden Tag ausgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse echt groß und geräumig. Wenn man am Empfang nach einer Stadtkarte fragt, bekommt man diese Plus U-bahn Karte.

I stayed at an amazingly sized room with desk and and more space than both my other hotel rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto combined :D The shower / tub combination was very nice and the 7/11 on the other side of the street was extremely convenient. Only downsite was that it was a 10 minute walk to the midosuji line station and the view from my room was into an office building. Other than that it was amazing!

Mein Zimmer war dreckig als ich rein gegangen bin. Es warm Blut (oder ähnliches) am Bettrand. Habe reklamiert und sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das neue Zimmer war etwas staubig, aber ok. Die Anbindung zur Bahn ist sehr gut und gegenüber gibt es einen Family Mart.

The room was very clean and comfy. It was much bigger than in the other hotels we stayed in during our trip in Japan (it was possible to open two large suitcases).

suoer gelegenes sauberes hotel mit schönem bad
sehr zentralgelegenes hotel.das zimmer war zwar etwas klein jedoch ein super luxuriöses badezimmer mit begehbare dusche.alles was das reiseherz begehrt.für einen 5tägigen osakaaufenthalt ideal geeignet.7/11store um die ecke.metro 100m maximum.coole bars in dem viertel kitahama ideal zu erreichen zu fuss.

It was about 10 minutes walk to the Yodoyabashi metro (linked to Osaka station from airport) which was quite a walk with luggages. Appreciated the free water bottles from the reception.

The hotel was really nice and the rooms as well as bathroom were spacious. There were a lot of amenities and room service was great without fail everyday. The area was close to a station but there wasn’t much to do around there. The staff were very kind and helpful when asking for directions or holding luggage. They provided free water and there was a restaurant in the hotel but we did not eat there. There was also a small 7 eleven and grocery store nearby. One thing was that there was a window looking into the bathroom which is a bit weird when travelling with friends but there were blinds. Overall great stay here!

お風呂がユニットバスではないので、水跳ね等気にせず使えてよかったです。 バスタブはそんなに大きくはないですが、深さが十分で、お湯を張ってゆっくり使えました。 部屋はそれほど広くはないですが、間取りが随所に工夫されていて、好感を持ちました。 ペットボトルのお水がフロントロビーのところにあり、いつでも利用可能なのがとてもよかったです。 総じて満足です。

We stayed for two nights. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage while we explored Osaka Castle. When we went to check in after 3pm, our luggages were already in our hotel rooms. It was such a treat since we were exhausted. Staff members all spoke English. They were all very nice. Bottled mineral water was free at lobby. It's a 2 minute walk from Kitahama station. There isn't much to do walk distance from this property. Seems like a business area but for the price, we enjoyed every aspect.

Location: About 5mins walk from the train station. Quite a number of restaurants nearby, there is a 7-11 just across the street and a Lawson nearby too. Room: Toilet was great - strong pressure showerhead/rainfall, heated seat toilet bowl and bathtub is well maintained. toilet amenities provided - shaver, ear digger thing, comb, toothbrush paste. Facilities: There are only 2 levels for the washing machine (total 4 machines) which is always occupied. So we had to walk out to the nearest laundromat, which is about 300m away.

The Hotel is easily walkable to 2 different stations with coffee shops (for your morning coffee though most of them open at around 10/11 only) in the vicinity. They provide as much bottled water as you need and daily housekeeping. When we decided not to make up our room, the housekeeping staff provided us with a package with fresh essentials (i.e. room slippers/towels/robes) The laundry room only has 2 machines and can be found on 2 floors - which means 4 total machines for the whole hotel. We tried to get our laundry done at night but the machines were in use and people were already waiting for their turn. If you really need to get your laundry done, there are 2 public laundromats nearby that would be more convenient but will cost you (1000yen to wash and dry ~10kg) The staff were helpful in helping us arrange to forward our luggage to our next hotel via Yamato Transport (2630yen for 1 big luggage) Overall, a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend staying at Brighton to my family & friends.

This was one of the best hotels. I’m a quiet area but close to multiple subways. The room was a decent size considering and lots of stuff given free for face wash, razors, brush, free water bottles. We never heard other guests and the laundry was a bonus (although you need to do small loads to it all dries). Would come back again for sure!!
