Schönes Appartement
Gemütlich und ruhig mit balkon.Viel Platz für 2 personen. Die Gegend ist schön, sicher mit Fahrad, haben viele Touren gemacht. Danke schön,Lisa. Kommen absolut nogmal zurück.

En general el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario que se espera tal como se anuncia, imprescindible ir con vehículo para moverte por la zona, la piscina esta muy bien aunque casi siempre hay bastante gente y es difícil encontrar una tumbona vacía.

Estancia perfecta
Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones y hemos estado muy bien. El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días y todo está muy limpio. La piscina es estupenda. Y Lisa para cualquier cosa que hace falta responde enseguida y es muy atenta. Muy contentos y repetiremos ! Si estais buscando algo familiar, tranquilo y cerca de la playa para ir con niños, os lo recomiendo.

Ah sido un placer enorme pasar mis días de descanso en el apartamento. Tranquilidad, comodidad. Higiene perfecta. Una estancia perfecta
Hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos alojados en el partamento. Está muy bien equipado y sus dimensiones permiten albergar a cuatro adultos muy comodamente. La zona es tranquila y permite tener distanciamiento social si se desea, pese a ello se encuentra próximo a varios servicios como supermercado y varios establecimientos, al igual que la playa. Agradecer a Lisa su disponibilidad y rapidez para solucionar cualquier duda con una gran amabilidad.

Positives - Oropesa is very wheelchair accessible with wide pavements and plentiful dropped kerbs. Negatives - Property was wholly misrepresented as being wheelchair accessible - it isn't. Apart from steps at the front door and on to the terrace, the rooms are far too small to get a wheelchair around. As an example, the only clear floor space in the bathroom was directly in front of the handbasin, less than a square metre, and my smaller than average chair wouldn't go through the narrow door anyway. Even for someone who can mobilise a short distance, the lack of handrails would make the bathroom a challenge. Also the wifi didn't work, basic items such as a bread knife were absent, the toilet was leaking, using the shower flooded the bathroom and hallway, most of the light bulbs didn't work and the towels and linen provided were so old they were almost transparent. Many of these issues could and should have been dealt with fairly promptly by the local management company, however nothing had been done in the 3 days we actually stayed, not even the offer of a lightbulb or replacement towels. The apartment was supposed to be air conditioned - and it was, but by only one unit located in the lounge. We know from experience that this isn't adequte in hot weather - most often it's getting a decent night's sleep that's priority - and given the expected temperature by December, it was never going to be adequate for heating either. Even withouth all of those issues, the apartment is tiny - the kitchen is so small that saucepans and crockery have to be stored in the lounge and you have to close the door in order to open the fridge door, the lounge only has seating for 2 people and there was no dresser or similar in either of the bedrooms so nowhere to put clothing that doesn't hang or even to put a hairbrush down. Oropesa is probably OK in the summer if you don't mind a beach backed by rows of highrise apartment blocks, but by mid October it was dead. We couldn't find a single bar or restaurant open for lunch (or dinner for that matter) and half the business appear to have been closed for years.

I have a lot like my holidays has Oropesa, Lisa is very helpful and in the small care with her tenants. Lappartement is very clean and very comfortable, brightened up well. Somos una familia asturiana que ha pasado una semana en el apartamento de Lisa. En primer lugar la propietaria ha mantenido un contacto muy rápido y cómodo desde antes de la reserva, es una persona muy amable y educada. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y tenia todo lo necesario para vivir en él. Se encuentra cerca del supermercado y a 10 minutos caminando a la playa. La piscina está muy bien y tanto el edificio como la zona en general está pensada para disfrutar unas buenas vacaciones en familia. Muchas gracias a Lisa por todo puesto que ha conseguido hacer que disfrutáramos mucho de nuestra estancia y nuestras vacaciones. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable, 100% recomendable y seguro que repetiremos. Una vez mas muchas gracias por todo Lisa.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in een leuk appartement.
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in een leuk appartement op loopafstand van diverse atracties en de zee. Lisa is geweldig in het contact en probeert je het zo goed mogelijk naar de zin te maken ook al woont ze niet in de buurt. Top! We verbleven van half mei tot 1e weekend juni en toen was het er nog erg stil. Veel horeca en winkels waren nog gesloten. Wel meer activiteit in Marina D’or: erg geschikt om te gaan eten en het mooie park te bezoeken. Er waren wat kleine minpuntjes maar die werden zo goed mogelijk door Lisa opgelost. Het appartement is geschikt voor 4 personen. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en hadden ruimte genoeg. Fijn is ook de mogelijkheid om in de parkeergarage te kunnen parkeren en de aanwezigheid van een lift. Er is voldoende te zien/doen in de omgeving. Wij zijn niet verder dan 1 uur rijden van het appartement geweest en waren verrast over de diversiteit van de omgeving. We bevelen dit appartement van harte aan! Lisa dank voor alles :-) We had a nice stay in a nice apartment within walking distance of various attractions and the sea. Lisa is great in the contact and tries to make you feel as good as possible even if she does not live in the neighborhood. Top! We stayed from mid-May to 1st weekend in June and then it was still very quiet. Many restaurants and shops were still closed. More activity in Marina D'or: very suitable to eat and visit the beautiful park. There were some small hiccups but they were solved by Lisa as well as possible. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. We were 2 adults and had enough space. Fine is also the possibility to park in the parking garage and the presence of a lift. There is plenty to see / do in the area. We are no further than 1 hour drive from the apartment and were surprised about the diversity of the environment. We heartily recommend this apartment! Great Winter vacation in this excellent appartment
We stayed in this apartment for nearly 2 months this winter and had a great time. The location is very quiet at this time of year, but that really suited us. The weather was nice and warm with lots of sun. The apartment is very close to the beach area and there are many places around to visit. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was extremely helpful before and during our holiday.

Lisa very kindly upgraded us to her other property closer to the sea p1138063. It was great location for the beach and we had a lovely holiday. Lisa was always very responsive with any questions re wifi, playground etc. The shower over bath is much stronger than the stand alone shower. We went to Castellon, El Palmar paella, Valencia, Coves de Sant Josep, Morella, Vinaros.

We had a nice time/Nos lo pasamos muy bien.
The house is perfect for a vacation, it is very close to the beach and also to the biggest store to buy food, we had to walk a little to get to the center of the city but the walk was beautiful and near the ocean. The apartament is very clean and personally I loved the balcony, you have air conditionare and it has everything you need in order to have a nice vacation, and for the best price. Lisa is so nice and Maite, the person who gives you the keys, too, you sure will have a nice time. La casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones, está muy cerca de la playa y el Mercadona, tienes que andar un poco para llegar al centro donde están todos los restaurantes y parques pero puedes ir por el paseo marítimo, que es precioso. La casa está muy limpia y personalmente me encantó el balcón, donde cenamos todas las noches, hay aire acondicionado y en general tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y, sinceramente, el mejor precio, Lisa es encantadora y Maite, con la que tratamos en el piso, también.

Estupenda y totalmente recomendable.

Non è la prima volta che cerco una sistemazione per mezzo di homelidays e lo faccio perché il sito soddisfa le mie aspettative. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento situato a Marina d'Or di Oropesa dal 30 maggio sino al 30 giugno ed è stato soddisfacente. L'appartamento è confortevole e ampio, fornito dell'indispensabile. E' al 4° piano (2 ascensori). Lisa, la proprietaria, nonostante viva a Londra è "presente" e disponibile perché tutto vada nella maniera giusta. C'è stato un problema con wi-fi e lei si è data un gran da fare perché tutto si risolvesse e così è stato. La cucina è accessoriata con piano di cottura a induzione, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigo con freezer, tostapane, bollitore, lavatrice. Piccolo consiglio: le pentole fornite non sono adatte per la cottura con piano a induzione, quindi cucinare diventa un po' difficile. Altra cosa: bisognerebbe controllare di frequente i rubinetti perché il calcare si accumula rapidamente. Il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. Le camere da letto e la sala giustamente spaziose. Un balcone con tavolino e sedie permette di sfruttare degnamente lo spazio esterno. Nell'appartamento c'è la TV ma prende solamente canali spagnoli perché non è collegata con l'antenna esterna. Lo stabile ha una piscina ad uso dei residenti e questo è veramente comodo per chi non desidera andare in spiaggia. Oltre tutto, a bordo piscina ci sono ombrelloni e lettini ad uso gratuito. A poca distanza (lo si può raggiungere anche a piedi) c'è il supermercato Mercadona (cose di ottima qualità a prezzi molto convenienti), una carto-libreria ben fornita e un bar-caffetteria. Nei dintorni altri negozi e negozietti, bar-caffetterie, farmacia. Vicinissimi, 3 parchi a tema che offrono a grandi e piccini ogni tipo di divertimento. Avere l'auto e assolutamente consigliabile, perché ci si può spostare agevolmente e raggiungere Oropesa centro (dove c'è di tutto e di più) e visitare le località nei dintorni. Tirando le somme, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, nell'appartamento mi ci sono trovata a mio agio e sicuramente posso consigliarlo come esperienza positiva
