During your stay, you have exclusive use of the apartment, located on the ground floor and all on one level, with direct access to the terrace and the private heated pool. The private pool is heated to 29 °C from 1 October to 31 May, at no extra charge. The property also gives access to the residence's communal pool (open all year) and the shared garden. The property is wheelchair accessible.

If the property has a barbecue, it is provided as an extra, on an as-is basis. Its upkeep is not included in our cleaning service. Each guest is kindly asked to clean it after use for the next visitors. We cannot guarantee its condition on arrival.

Good to know before booking:
- Before arrival: compulsory registration of all guests' identity, children included (Spanish law), and an arrival form to complete and sign online.
- Check-in from 16:00 to 23:00, check-out from 07:00 to 10:00. Outside these times: €35 in cash; on 24, 25, 31/12 and 1/1: €100. If the home has not been vacated by 11:00, an extra night is due.
- 11 nights or more: seasonal rental; the reason for the stay and your home address are given in the arrival form.
- Only the guests named in the booking may stay. No parties, no drugs, no smoking or vaping indoors. Please respect the neighbours and the complex's rules.
- Any defect found on arrival must be reported within 24 hours; damage found within 72 hours of departure is charged to the guest.
- Deposit: €350 (apartment) or €500 (villa), in cash on arrival; returned on departure after the home has been checked.
- Electricity: 20 kWh per day (apartment) or 30 kWh per day (house) included; beyond that, €0.30 per kWh, deducted from the deposit.
