„Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. “

„Grove House Hotel ist ein kleines typical Britisches Hotel. Vom Aussehen mehr ein B&B. Da aber auch Speisen Abends erhaeltlich sind und eine kleine Bar existiert ist es wohl ein Hotel. Das Nachtleben im Hotel fand in den Tagen meines Aufenthaltes nicht statt. Die Stadt Woodbrige, ein Staedchen mit ca. 8000 Einwohnern ist fusslaeufig in 25 Min zu erreichen. Die Auswahl and Pubs und Restaurants ist sehr reichhaltig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel genau was ich erwarte. Gebraucht aber gut in Schuss. Das ...

„Lovely place to stay, lovely rooms, lovely food. Polite and welcoming staff.“

„Property was wonderful! Large kitchen /dining area ready family meal. If you want to cook there everything you need is there already to prepare meals. Large comfortable living area. Bed was comfortable and warm. Property right across from the beach and close to center of the town. We had a great visit!!“

„The Gatehouse is amazing and the rooms 5 star. The receptionist was amazing pick us up and drop us off after lovely meal and drinks. Restaurant The restaurant staff were lovely and it was an extremely busy night for them. Starter was selection of cooked meats and wafers on wood board. Had steak with chunky fries and the sauce was amazing. Overall the food was star of the show. The lounge was quiet and classy the bar manager was a class act and great professional presence. “
