„The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer ...

„Great location with spectacular views! Spotlessly clean and well appointed. On sunny days, the west bedroom gets rather warm but the fans helped! We loved this spot as a hub for our Auckland days.“

„Check-in and out was very awkward- had to pick up and drop off key at a convenience store about 1/2 mile away. Master bathroom shower doors door leaked profusely- had to use all the towels to mop up floor. Corporate manager not real responsive. On plus side, it was very clean and view was good. However, not many eating places or other conveniences nearby.“

„A little apartment with basic utilities but it’s enough for a solo traveller. Easy walk to the ferry terminal and city central. Have a few restaurants nearby and i would recommend the Japanese Ramen restaurant they are run by japanese so you can hv the most original taste. The thing i dont like the most its pretty noisy at night from the traffic. The sound insulation of the building is bad i couldn't sleep well.“

„Tried to contact host to see if we could check in early, never received a response (granted this was 2 days before our stay). Property was tidy, couple of marks on the walls from general wear and tear. Ironing board was broken, and pillows were flat. No aircon, but breeze from the balcony did flow through to the bedroom when the door was left open, and a fan was provided. Apartment was overall small, but suited our needs for the most part.
