Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . Toi is small and there are not may restaurant options but it is a great location to take the ferry with views on Fuji-san. The hotel has excellent service, the rooms are spacious and when we arrived there was a little welcome drink and sweets. Such a nice touch. Overall great value for money"
