Mi Gusto Villa is a stylish, contemporary, fully equipped villa, and is situated in the peaceful area of Modanza. This private property which combines modern amenities with a serene atmosphere is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the island's most stunning beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and much more. The villa gives the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and luxury. This beautiful villa is designed to accommodate up to six people.
The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The master suite is a true retreat, boasting a king-size bed, a generously sized closet with a small safe, and an ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed that can be separated for added flexibility. These rooms share a modern, well-equipped bathroom, perfect for family and or groups.
The heart of the villa is its spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area—designed to bring everyone together in comfort and style. Recently upgraded with air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped for culinary creativity, featuring a microwave, oven, grill, and dishwasher. The American fridge/freezer with an ice maker is perfect for keeping your drinks cool, while a coffee maker, kettle, blender, and toaster ensure you're set for everything from morning coffee to evening snacks.
The adjacent living room is equally inviting, offering a cozy space to unwind with a 50-inch smart television with cable tv-box. Two ceiling fans enhance comfort, making this the ideal spot to relax and socialize, whether you're enjoying a family meal or a quiet evening in.

Utilities:
The total rate includes all taxes, US$ 125, – final cleaning, and allowance for electricity for US$ 15, – per night, which is normally enough for your stay.

Supplies:
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products yourself. The property also provides Beach towels, Beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach, however it does not provide an umbrella.
