This place is a complete scam. They take your money but don’t actually secure your booking. When we showed up to the address, it looked like an abandoned rehab center with people wandering around inside a locked gated fence. There was no proper front desk—just a gate where you have to call someone to even attempt to check in.
The man who answered was extremely rude. He kept repeating that check-in was at 4 PM, even though my flight had been delayed by a full day. I had already paid for Friday night but couldn’t arrive until Saturday because of the delay. Instead of working with me at all, he told me that was “my problem” and that the room had already been rented to someone else because I didn’t show up.
So they kept the money and gave the room away. The entire interaction happened through a locked gate from the street. Completely unprofessional and sketchy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
