PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Thoughtfully designed with elegant, modern furnishings and a soothing palette of beach-inspired natural tones, this condo perfectly reflects a serene ambiance. Located within the renowned LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, guests enjoy access to a resort-style pool, lush tropical landscaping, and are just a short stroll from the world-famous Eagle Beach.

The spacious, furnished balcony, accessible from the living room and two of the bedrooms, offers a variety of seating areas and is the perfect place to soak up Aruba's sunshine while enjoying scenic views.

Inside, the open-concept living area features a sofa, two armchairs, a large TV, a dining table with seating for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools, creating a welcoming space to relax or entertain. Near the entrance, you will also find a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Primary bedroom:

Second bedroom:
- Two twin-size beds that can be converted into a king-size bed (a connector and mattress topper will be provided for the king-bed setup). The photos show both configurations; please let us know your preferred setup before arrival.

This condo offers 1,950 sq. ft. of living space and includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 4 cable TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels with daily exchange service for your convenience.

The unit is located on the fifth floor in the hallway to the right of the elevators. Accommodates up to 6 guests in 1 king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds (or 1 king-size bed upon request), and 1 queen-size bed.

Note: This property was fully renovated in June 2026 with brand-new furniture and decor to provide a serene and luxurious vacation experience.

Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex.

Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings.
