„Pro: Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Insbesondere Monica kümmerte sich freundlich, schnell und professionell um all unsere Anliegen. Con: Zimmer haben eine Zwangsbelüftung, diese läuft meistens die ganze Nacht und ist stark hörbar.“

„A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. “

„This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️“

„Breakfast was really fresh and staff were very friendly and great hospitality “

„Not value for money not clean and not displain“

„Stinky Bathroom“

„Good “

„The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well“

„Prinzipiell war alles da was man brauchte, irgendwie kannte nur immer jeder jeden und man wurde von den empfohlenen Rikshafahrern immer wieder zu den gleichen "ecological factories" gebracht. WLAN war mies, ansonsten alles ok. “

„Clean room with clean bed, sheets and towels. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants.“

„The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.“

„The one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also.“

„Unclean property, dirty toilets, noisy rooms, please do not stay here at all. it's nothing like it shows on the photos.“

„Aufenthalt war gut. Das Hotel ist einer von der bekannte Hotel Kette in Indein.“

„The room was in good condition. There were no instructions to order room service, get drinking water. No Toothpaste in the room and none available for purchase.“
