„The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity.“

„We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents.“

„I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! „We enjoyed our stay while our son played for the week at ASV. The location is great at about 1 mile away from the village, and accommodations were as described. Beds were very comfortable - we slept great and we appreciated the welcome basket of treats awaiting us upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend!“

„I would rate this country apartment as among the best places I've stayed. It was the cleanest, most comfortable, well appointed apartments. It's location is perfect for being out in the country so we could see the stars, yet, close to the dream parks, like 5 min to West Oneonta. We felt right at home, but in a country setting. „This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!“

„This house was absolutely perfect for my family to stay during the weekend of my daughter's wedding. We had such a great time in this sprawling home which accommodated everyone.
