Balcony: pleasant outdoor space with garden furniture, perfect for your meals in the sun.



Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



Lounge: 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x1 person 90x190).



Room 1: 2 single beds (2x1 person 90x190).



Room 2: 1 double bed (1x2 persons 140x190).



Bathroom: bathtub and towel rack, separate toilet.



Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included.



Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence (non-nominative, subject to availability).



Residence facilities: swimming pool open from 5 April to 30 September, laundry.
