„The house is located close to the Airport and to Agrostoli. With a car you can reach the supermarkets and the beautiful Avithos beach within minutes. The Villa is well equipped and Maria is a lovely host. She came to clean the pool and the house regulary and she even cooked a yummy Moussakka for us. I would absolutley recommend Villa Maria to anybody who wants to have nice and relaxed holidays.“

„We had a fantastic stay - the delicious breakfast every morning was a highlight, as well as the beautiful apartment with views over the water. Popi was very helpful and communicative and Assos is a lovely place to be for a few days away! The villa itself is lovely and well designed. “

„Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Villa war super, sehr gut ausgestattet und durch die zentrale Lage alles auf der Insel gut erreichbar. Der Empfang durch Dimitris war sehr herzlich. Der Pool war sauber und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, diese Villa wieder bewohnen zu können. Herzliche Grüße Familie Müller“

„Wir verbrachten mit 9 Personen eine erhosame Woche in einem Traumhaus und wurden vom Michal jeden Tag sehr aufmerksam und aufs Beste betreut. Es war immer reichlich Platz fuer Rueckzug und Gemeinsamkeit, die anspruchsvollen Aussenanlagen sind sehr gut gewartet. Der natuerliche Strand ist schnell erreicht und lockt mit klarstem Wasser und viel Privatheit. Wir empfehlen die Sanitaerspuelungen im Haus zu ersetzen, dann passt wirklich alles!“

„Es war alles sehr gut. Leider hat die Reinigungskraft ihre Arbeit nicht so genau gemacht. Die Auflagen auf den Stühlen den Liegen und den anderen Sitzgelegenheiten müssten dringend ausgewechselt werden. Am Pool ist Wasser hinter die Folie gelaufen so das man ein lustiges gehen wie auf Blasen hatte.“

„The unique location of the windmill offers a great view around the east coast of the island. The accomodation succeeds through the original and good restoration of the mill. The bedroom on the upper floor is unbeatable with regard to the fantastic panoramic view. The kitchen with a large seating accomodation and a shower outside are practical and pleasant to use. The transaction was very friendly, responsive and unsophisticated. Many thanks once again!“

„A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting, the back drop has the wow factor!! Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! Maria is the daily maintenance lady & she is lovely too very good at keeping the place in order and always made us laugh. So glad we found this place & we will definitely return.“

„We arrived late at night but Anne insisted in meeting us to ensure we found the property and she could explain how everything worked. The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Lidl supermarket close by. 10 minutes from airport. Very close to Argostoli. Villa had everything you would need. "Wirklich wunderschön!! Gesunde speisen, viele tolle spots, bergauf und ablaufen muss man können!!! Auch am strand war es sehr schön. Viele feinsandige stellen, aber nach einem meter im wasser auch viele kiesel. Trotzdem toll"
