„This was my first time ever staying in a property that was not a hotel, and it was an excellent experience! The host was excellent about communication as I was an extra annoying occupant, he answered all of my questions very promptly and was extremely helpful. The property was clean, perfect size for my family. It was great that the freezer had an icemaker. The pool was huge my children loved swimming in it.“

„Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. “

„Easy and breezy! Had to visit RGV for family celebrations and the home met our needs. We felt safe, it was clean, and kept us cool during HOT days. Location was fine- short commute to reception halls and late night Tacos! There is also a cute coffee shop less than .25 mile away. “

"Unpleasant smell in the room due to improper maintenance of the air conditioner. Cooling worked, but the air from the air conditioner spread an unpleasant smell. The breakfast menu only offers a selection of essential items, I expected a better choice for the price I had to pay."
