„While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. “

„The pictures do not do this house justice! It was a gorgeous home with plenty of things that made it feel like we weren’t staying at a hotel. I traveled with family and there was enough space for all 8 of us to spread out and do our own thing. The house was clean, check in was a breeze and the host was easy to contact. „We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed all the little extra touches such as multiple types of phone chargers on the bedroom nightstand, a stocked coffee station, and a fun little video game console. „The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten “

„Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. “

„Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. When we went to cook breakfast the first morning, several of the dishes we pulled from the cabinets has to be washed.
