„Rob went out of his way to meet us and go over all the amazing amenities his place has to offer. Out of 6 places we reserved, this was my favorite. I felt so comfortable. It was a home away from our home. „We felt instantly at home in this lovely place. The place is modern, super super clean, and comfortable. It has a big kitchen and living room where we were able to do some work related computer work a bit. The host went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She had milk and eggs in the house for our first breakfast. It's in a quiet neighborhood. If I return to Rotorua, I am definitely staying at her place again.“

„Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again.“

Schön am See gelegen, gutes Essen
"Das Hotel VR Rotorua Lake Resort ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, dafür aber sehr schön an einem See. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Gartenblick) war ausreichend groß. Das Bett war leider viel zu weich. Bad mit Dusche war gut. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Restaurant bot auch Abends gute Mahlzeiten. Positiv war das Fitnessstudio, das zwar klein war, aber mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Die Freundlichkeit im Hotel war einwandfrei."
