It was so easy to reach the owners with a couple of questions, who themselves happened to be in Hawaii babysitting their grandchildren. I only have a couple of suggestions for safety and comfort. The futon in the downstairs bedroom needed to have a comfortable topping for the mattress because futons notoriously are pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. „For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.“

„My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised, clean, tidy, comfy, and a stones throw from the beach. It’s close enough to downtown S.B. that getting into town is quick and there’s a couple good restaurants and little market nearby if you need anything. The neighborhood is a little noisy and the house is older so there were times our upstairs neighbors were very noticeable; for that reason I might not recommend for anyone who is really noise sensitive. „Home and location exactly as described but better. Most comfortable beds and plushest towels we’ve found at a vacation rental. Home shows pride of ownership with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fantastic outdoor space and natural gas bbq grill. Watch out for an ornery neighbor who approached us about a noisy group the week before. Hopefully guests will be respectful of neighbors so this place can remain available to rent again in the future.“

I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready.
