Guest Limit:

The base rate covers up to 15 guests, with an additional charge of $50 per person per night for extra guests minimum 2 nights. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.



EV Charging:

A Type 2 tethered EV charger is available for guest use at no cost. Please note that EV compatibility may vary, though a standard 10A outdoor plug is also available as an alternative.



Security Cameras:

For property safety and security, external cameras are installed. One camera does have a view of the spa area to monitor for potential damage or misuse. The last photo in our listing provides a full view of camera locations for transparency.



Noise Monitoring:

A Minut Noise Sensor is used to ensure noise levels remain respectful after 11:00 p.m. This device, recommended by Airbnb, helps prevent disruptions and promotes peace for neighboring properties.
