„Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.“

The company happily kept our entire payment and showed no concern for the many problems we dealt with during our stay.- We didn't receive our entrance instructions on time for arrival- The property was covered in spiders, their webs and dead bugs, live bugs inside the bedrooms and a kitchen covered in ants-Maintenance showed up twice to perform maintenance ...
