„I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!“

A wonderful stay all around! Beautiful, comfortable room with a fantastic view, delicious breakfast, and very friendly and attentive staff. We felt completely at home and would happily stay again!“

„Tolle Aussicht aus dem 27. Stock. Zimmergröße für Tokio gut.“

„Hier stimmt einfach ALLES! Trotzdem 10 Punkte!“

„Everything was fine, I just expected a little bit more western breakfast element varieties like cheese etc. the breakfast was more Sea food dominated. the room I booked had pictures with city view but the room had no views!? which disappointed me a lot.“

„Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. DoubleTree is literally right next to a station with a line that goes directly to Tokyo Station (easy to get to everywhere else from here), Shibuya and Shinjuku Station (especially good if you want to ...

„Great location with a fantastic view of the bay. Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it. Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim). Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted. Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage.“

„I had booked two rooms in July 2026. Both had moldy smell in them. Even the hallway leading up to the rooms had that smell which hits you instantly the minute you step out of the elevator. The breakfast buffet was okay food wise, nothing special except that they provide plastic cutlery which in my opinion is unacceptable even for a 3 star. Upon check-in the guest is made to do the job of the receptionist, you are forced to scan your passports, mention addresses, personal phone numbers and what ...

„The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and there was enough space to open my suitcase on the floor, which was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was a good size. The location was also convenient, although getting to Shibuya or Shinjuku took around 50 minutes including walking time. The only downside was that there was no bottled water provided in the room. Most hotels provide complimentary bottled water, so it would be nice to have this as well. Overall, I had a very ...

„Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.“

„Alles super !“
