La Maison des Oliviers - Belle maison familiale avec Piscine

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Occhiatana, to less than 2 km of the sea, these charming air-conditioned houses with swimming pool, one of 100 m ² and a second of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. They include a beautiful living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² and several terraces. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
The first house of 100 m² :
- A living room of 50 m², exposed South West with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

The second house of 40 m² :
- Bedroom 3 (convertible into a living room): double sofa bed.
- Room 4 : a double bed (140×190).
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, solar heated), 7×3 m, 1.45m deep, with a cover and fenced with a secure gate.
- A beautiful closed and flowered garden of 1 000 m², a ping-pong terrace and an outdoor shower at disposal.
- Two terraces of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, one of them covered, facing South and North-East.
- A terrace/balcony of 5 m² on the swimming pool.
- A terrace of 12 m² on the level of the small house.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located near Occhiatana, close to the sea, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of a preserved nature, surrounded by olive trees. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, market...

Activities :
Its ideal location will allow you to quickly reach the main centers of interest of North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse at 7 km, Calvi or St Florent in 1 hour, calanques of Piana, Cap Corse...
You can take advantage of the proximity of the sea to practice various nautical activities or rent a boat.
Discover the maquis by going for a hike.
Events : festival of Saint Florent, festivocce PIGNA, theater festival Renucci...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the ground of the house which can accomodate 4 vehicles.
The car is the ideal transport in Corsica.

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest maritime station: Ile Rousse maritime station located at approximately 10 minutes by car, Calvi 30 minutes or Bastia 1h20
- Closest airport: Calvi airport 35 minutes away or Bastia Poretta airport located about 1 hour away by car.

Other remarks :
- Free wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The linen kit is 20 € and includes 1 small and 1 large towel, 1 pair of sheets with pillowcases, a bath mat and a tea towel.
